We offer free standard shipping with no order minimums to all countries on our shipping list. Please note that recipients are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.
We use ensured shipping with our trusted partners. To further ensure the secure delivery of your order, we only deliver to residential addresses and no PO boxes or packstations. Another safety measure is that the brand name is not visible on the outside of the discrete box.
Each piece of Attrē fine jewelry is carefully made, so please allow 4 to 6 weeks production time.
Shipping times vary depending on your home country. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. Orders from Austria are typically delivered between 1-2 working days. To most of the other European countries, shipping will normally take 2-5 business days. For the USA and Canada the parcels are usually delivered within 5-8 business days. Please note: The estimated shipping times are an approximation and not a guarantee.
Orders for products that have been personalized or otherwise made for you with bespoke specifications cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund.
You have 14 days upon reception of your order to return the jewelry to us for a refund. Refund requests must be sent by email to customercare@attrejewelry.com.
You must indicate the order number, your name and your phone number. You must return each item unworn, in perfect condition and with its complete original undamaged packaging. You have to pay the shipping costs for your return. We strongly advise to choose an insured shipping option where a tracking number is provided. While the returned package is in transit, it is under your responsibility.
We do not do standard exchanges on our online shop attrejewelry.com. Please return the jewelry for a full refund and place a new order with your preferred design. The carat total weight for a jewel with many diamonds can vary slightly, as every diamond is cut uniquely for our jewelry. There can be minimal differences in depth and width to fit the setting perfectly. These minor differences can add up for a jewel with many diamonds. In most cases, it will be the same total carat amount, but it can vary slightly in cents.
