Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal for the Customer
a) The customer, being a consumer in accordance with § 1 Abs 1 of the Distance and Off-premises Sales Act (FAGG), can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts from the day on which the customer, or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer can use the withdrawal form or send another declaration stating the withdrawal (email) to Attrē GmbH (Attrē GmbH, Seilerstätte 2/26, 1010 Vienna, Austria, Email: office@attrejewelry.com). Returning the goods without further declaration is also considered a withdrawal.
To maintain the 14-day withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration or the return of the goods within this period. The return of goods is subject to charges, which have to be paid by the customer.
b) The customer particularly does not have the right of withdrawal for contracts regarding:

Goods that are made to the customer's specifications (custom-made/bespoke) or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

Goods that are sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
c) In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Attrē GmbH has to refund all payments made by the customer no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of the customer's withdrawal from this contract has been received by Attrē GmbH. For this refund, Attrē GmbH will use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. Attrē GmbH can refuse the refund until they have received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
The customer must return or hand over the goods to Attrē GmbH immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which they informed Attrē GmbH of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends back the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, which have to be sent back to Attrē GmbH fully insured.
The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
