Shipping policy

 

We currently ship to all EU countries, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA and Canada. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. 

Kindly note that customers in the UK and Canada are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon delivery. For orders from the US and Switzerland, the final price already includes all taxes, duties, and tariffs. You will not be charged anything extra upon delivery.

Shipping times vary depending on your home country. We only deliver to residential addresses and no PO boxes or packstations. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. 

Orders from Austria are typically delivered between 1-2 working days. To most of the other European countries, shipping will normally take 2-5 business days. For the USA and Canada, the parcels are usually delivered within 5-8 business days. Please note: The estimated shipping times are an approximation and not a guarantee.
