Revocation of your Consent to Data Processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The legality of the data processing up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to Object to the Collection of Data in Special Cases and to Direct Advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)
If data processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR, you have the right, at any time, to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which a processing is based can be found in this privacy policy. Right to File Complaints with Regulatory Authorities
In the event of breaches of the GDPR, those affected have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. This right exists regardless of any other administrative or judicial remedies available.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive data that we process automatically based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of data to another responsible party, this will only be done if it is technically feasible.
SSL or TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
Encrypted Payment Transactions on this Website
After the conclusion of a paid contract, if there is an obligation to send us your payment data (e.g., account number for direct debit authorization), these data are required for payment processing.
Payment transactions using common means of payment (Visa/MasterCard, direct debit) are made exclusively via an encrypted SSL or TLS connection. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the change in the browser's address line from "http://" to "https://", and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
In the case of encrypted communication, the payment data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

You have the right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. The right to limit processing exists in the following cases:

-
If the processing of your personal data happened/happens unlawfully, you can request the limitation of data processing instead of deletion.
-
If we no longer need your personal data but you need them to exercise, defend, or assert legal claims, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted instead of being deleted.
-
If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 Para. 1 DSGVO, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it is not yet clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If the processing of your personal data has been restricted, this data may only be processed - apart from being stored - with your consent or for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of significant public interest of the European Union or a Member State.

Data Collection on this Website Cookies
Our websites use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files and do no harm to your device. They are either stored temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your device. Session cookies are automatically deleted after your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or they are automatically removed by your web browser.
In some cases, third-party cookies may also be stored on your device when you enter our site (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to use certain services of the third-party company (e.g., cookies for processing payment services).
Cookies serve various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary as certain website functions would not work without them (e.g., the shopping cart function or video displays). Other cookies are used to evaluate user behavior or display advertising.
Cookies necessary for the electronic communication process or for the provision of certain functions desired by you (e.g., shopping cart function) are stored based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of his services. If consent has been requested (e.g., consent to the storage of cookies), processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; consent can be revoked at any time.
You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Deactivating cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
If cookies from third-party companies or for analysis purposes are used, we will inform you separately in the context of this data protection declaration and, if necessary, ask for your consent.
Cookie Consent with Usercentrics
This website uses the Cookie Consent technology from Usercentrics to obtain your consent to store certain cookies on your device and to document this in compliance with data protection regulations. The provider of this technology is Usercentrics GmbH, Rosental 4, 80331 Munich, Website: https://usercentrics.com/de/ (hereinafter referred to as "Usercentrics").
When you enter our website, the following personal data is transferred to Usercentrics:
- Your consent(s) or the withdrawal of your consent(s)
- Your IP address
- Information about your browser
- Information about your device
- The time of your visit to the website
Furthermore, Usercentrics stores a cookie in your browser to be able to associate the given consents or their withdrawal with you. The data collected in this way will be stored until you request us to delete it, delete the Usercentrics cookie yourself, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory legal retention obligations remain unaffected.
Usercentrics is used to obtain the legally required consents for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO.

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
These data will not be combined with data from other sources.
The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of his website - for this, the server log files must be recorded.
Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
The processing of these data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) or on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) if this was queried.
The data entered by you in the contact form remains with us until you ask us for deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions, especially retention periods, remain unaffected.
Inquiries via E-Mail, Phone, or Fax
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone, or fax, your inquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not share this data without your consent.
The processing of these data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO), as we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to us.
The data sent to us via contact requests remain with us until you ask us for deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your concern has been addressed). Compulsory statutory provisions, in particular legal retention periods, remain unaffected.

You can register on this website to use additional features on the site. We use the data entered for this purpose only for the purpose of using the respective offer or service for which you have registered. The processing of the data entered during registration is based on the purpose of implementing the user relationship established by the registration and possibly initiating further contracts (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
The data collected during registration is stored by us as long as you are registered on this website and will subsequently be deleted. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
Analysis Tools and Advertising
Google Analytics
This website uses features of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both its website and its advertising. If appropriate consent has been requested (e.g., consent to store cookies), processing is solely based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR; consent can be revoked at any time.
IP Anonymization
We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Browser Plugin
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
Objection to Data Collection
You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent the collection of your data on future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics.
For more information on how to handle user data on Google Analytics, please refer to Google's privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.
Order Processing
We have concluded a contract for order processing with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
Storage Duration
Data stored at Google at user and event level linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g. User ID) or advertising IDs (e.g. DoubleClick cookies, Android advertising ID) are anonymized or deleted after 14 months. Details can be found at the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196?hl=de.
Google Analytics Remarketing
This website uses the features of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device capabilities of Google Ads and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
This feature allows the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing to be linked with the cross-device capabilities of Google Ads and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalized advertising messages that have been adapted to you depending on your previous usage and surfing behavior on one device (e.g., mobile phone) can also be displayed on another of your devices (e.g., tablet or PC).
If you have given your consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history to your Google account for this purpose. In this way, the same personalized advertising messages can be displayed on every device on which you log in with your Google account.
To support this feature, Google Analytics collects google-authenticated user IDs that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create audiences for cross-device ad targeting.
You can permanently opt-out of cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating personalized advertising; follow this link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.
The aggregation of the data collected in your Google account is based solely on your consent, which you can give or revoke at Google (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). For data collection processes that are not merged into your Google account (e.g., because you do not have a Google account or have objected to the merge), the collection of data is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymized analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.
Further information and the data protection provisions can be found in Google's data protection declaration at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=de.
Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google Ads. Google Ads is an online advertising program of Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
As part of Google Ads, we use what is known as conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is set. Cookies are small text files stored by the internet browser on the user's computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify the user. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, both Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Every Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across websites of Google Ads customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have chosen conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that allows users to be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object by easily deactivating the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via your internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
The storage of "conversion cookies" and the use of this tracking tool are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both its website and its advertising. If appropriate consent has been obtained (e.g., consent to store cookies), processing is exclusively based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; consent can be revoked at any time.
For more information on Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking, see Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
You can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Deactivating cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
Newsletter Data
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the provided email address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Additional data is not collected or is only collected on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
The processing of data entered into the newsletter registration form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, email address, and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, e.g., via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of already completed data processing operations remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you have stored with us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us or the newsletter service provider until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from the newsletter distribution list after you unsubscribe. Data stored by us for other purposes remain unaffected.
After you unsubscribe from the newsletter distribution list, your email address may be stored by us or the newsletter service provider in a blacklist to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist is used only for this purpose and is not merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in complying with legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Storage in the blacklist is indefinite. You can object to storage if your interests outweigh our legitimate interest.
Plugins and Tools - YouTube
This website includes videos from the website YouTube. The operator of the website is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
When you visit one of our pages with embedded YouTube, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.
Furthermore, YouTube can store various cookies on your device. With the help of these cookies, YouTube can obtain information about visitors to this website. This information is used, among other things, to gather video statistics, enhance user-friendliness, and prevent fraud attempts. The cookies remain on your device until you delete them.
If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
The use of YouTube is in the interest of presenting our online offers attractively. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If appropriate consent has been obtained (e.g., consent to store cookies), processing is exclusively based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; consent can be revoked at any time.
For more information on the handling of user data, please refer to YouTube's privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
Google Web Fonts
This website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform representation of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. A connection to Google servers does not occur.
For more information about Google Web Fonts, visit https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and read Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
Google Maps (with consent)
This website uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
To ensure data protection on this website, Google Maps is deactivated when you first visit this site. A direct connection to Google's servers is only established after you activate Google Maps independently (consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). This ensures that your data is not transferred to Google the first time you enter the site.
After activation, Google Maps will save your IP address. This is then usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer after activating Google Maps.
For more information on the handling of user data, see Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/en/policies/privacy/.
Google reCAPTCHA
We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereafter "reCAPTCHA") on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
reCAPTCHA checks whether the data entered on this website (e.g., in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g., IP address, duration of the website visitor's stay on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses take place entirely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that such an analysis is taking place.
The storage and analysis of the data are based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM. If relevant consent was obtained (e.g., consent to the storage of cookies), processing is exclusively based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR; consent can be revoked at any time.
For more information about Google reCAPTCHA, please refer to Google's privacy policy and terms of use at the following links: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en and https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en.
Plausible Analytics
Additionally, we use Plausible Analytics on this site to collect some anonymous usage data for statistical purposes. This is to track overall trends in our website traffic, not to track individual visitors. All the data is in aggregate only. No personal data is collected to Plausible. Data collected includes referral sources, top pages, visit duration, information from the devices (device type, operating system, country and browser) used during the visit. Read more in the Plausible Analytics data policy.
eCommerce and Payment Providers Processing of Data (Customer and Contractual Data)
We collect, process, and use personal data only to the extent necessary for establishing, designing, or modifying a legal relationship (inventory data). This is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process, and use personal data concerning the use of this website (usage data) only insofar as it is necessary to enable or invoice users for the use of the service.
The customer data collected will be deleted after the order has been completed or the business relationship has ended. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary as part of contract processing, for example, to companies entrusted with the delivery of goods or the bank responsible for the payment process. Further transmission of data does not take place or only if you have expressly agreed to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without explicit consent, for example for advertising purposes.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.
